Volunteer Sustainable Recovery Worker

Do you want to develop your knowledge and skills and gain some work experience in the substance misuse field?

Then we want to hear from you!

We are developing a sustainable Recovery Team to support with aftercare and family support across our English Residentials. Peer support is an integral part of the Therapeutic Community model that we deliver across our residentials and so we want our aftercare model to reflect this. This is why we are looking for volunteers with lived experience to get involved with the development of this exciting new project.

This role will be based at Wirral Residential and will involve both virtual and in person support at our other English Residentials in Oxford, Sheffield and Derby.  All travel expenses to our other residentials will be paid for by Phoenix Futures.

We will support you with all the training you will need to fulfil this role and you will receive ongoing supervision with the Sustainable Recovery Team Manager to aid your development.
