About the Role:

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/3/2025. To recruit, train, provide supervision to experts by experience, student placements & volunteers within the service. To lead on delivering/sourcing qualifications for service users & peer supporters. To ensure mutual aid is available and promoted throughout the Borough for service users. To coordinate/participate in Borough Recovery activities and Peer Led activities such as ‘Recovery through Nature’, SMART Recovery, etc. To lead on the Service User Involvement, co-production and feedback element of the service, including service user focus groups, service user audits etc. To work effectively and in partnership with CNWL as well as other key partners within the Borough. This includes networking and establishing links where appropriate and reporting to the Service Manager.

The role is based at Hounslow ARC at Montague Hall in Hounslow.

About you:

You will be a driven ambitious individual who is able to engage people effectively through face to face meetings, written contact and online video conferencing.(Microsoft Teams).

You will have a good working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of SystmOne would be a big advantage.

We would actively encourage applications from people with lived experience of substance addiction recovery and also the Criminal Justice System. A DBS check is a compulsory part of the recruitment process and you must have right to work in the UK which will need to be evidenced.
