Following a sustained period of investment and growth, we are increasing our Quality and Performance offer through the creation of a Deputy Head of Quality and Performance role. We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide senior leadership, supporting the Head of Quality and Performance to drive forward the Quality workplan, to meet risk and compliance needs and continue to work across the sector, with peer agencies, to further develop our approach.

The role is not necessarily based in London. You will be working from home generally, however travel to services across England and Scotland, as well as to our London central office will be required.

About you

  • A keen eye for detail and can translate data, learnings, themes and policy into succinct, actionable insight and presenting this in an engaging way
  • Ability to conceptualise and bring solution focused and innovative ideas to fruition
  • Understanding of relevant governance, quality assurance, legislation and treatment/wider systems. Ability to ensure these are reflected through to policy, training and compliance needs.
  •  You will be understanding and passionate about the needs of those accessing treatment services
