Team Manager in Chesterfield, Derbyshire
DERBYSHIRE RECOVERY PARTNERSHIP DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICE
Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit a passionate and solution focussed Team Manager for the Chesterfield team within our Derbyshire Recovery Partnership community drug and alcohol service.
The Role
This role is Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, based in the town of Chesterfield. Salary is £27,000; increments subject to appraisal.
As a Team Manager within our Derbyshire service you will passionately lead and drive the Chesterfield team, have line management responsibilities and will be responsible for the day to day management of the office. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the assessment and delivery of a comprehensive community-based treatment service, involving the delivery of effective interventions though meaningful structured key working and group work. You will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partnership agencies, promoting the service and its outcomes to commissioners and stakeholders. You will be highly motivated and innovative with team and service development, ensuring high ethical and professional standards of care and practice are met.
About You
As an individual, we are looking for someone with previous experience within the field of substance use, is self-motivated, can work on their own initiative, but more importantly as part of a team and possess good leadership, communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be confident, dynamic and forward thinking, have experience of line management, safeguarding, partnership working and working with people presenting with substance, alcohol and associated issues, and have a keen understanding of recovery.

Your Rewards
- Starting salary of £27,000 with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £31,750 per annum (pro rata)
